Ms. Rogers de Castilho is an Associate in White & Case's International Arbitration group. She graduated from New York University School of Law and is a member of the New York State Bar. She has represented and advised clients in international arbitrations before the International Chamber of Commerce, as well as in commercial litigations in US federal district and appellate courts. Her experience includes representing private companies and foreign sovereigns in US court litigations to enforce or vacate arbitration awards, including actions involving claims under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act ("FSIA").
