Regina Ramos Pedrueza Ceballos

Regina Ramos Pedrueza Ceballos joined White & Case in 2019 and has focused her practice on commercial and civil litigation, in both local and federal courts.

She has participated in several litigations commercial and civil representing banking institutions, national and multinational companies.

Regina's practice is also focused on advising multinational technology and social media companies in electoral procedures concerning defamation, hate speech, politic gender violence and intermediary liability claims.

Regina is part of the team of disputes lawyers that, together with the charity institution named APyRE, launched in 2020 the first-ever pro bono in Mexico that aimed to assist and represent young Mexicans with mental health disabilities in their guardianship proceedings.
