Reed Rogan

Reed is an associate in the Firm's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Group. Reed's practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters, including representations of debtors, creditors, purchasers, and other interested parties in Chapter 11 bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, cross-border proceedings, and related transactions.

Prior to joining the Firm, Reed served as a law clerk to the Honorable Brian F. Kenney on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
