Overview
Ravinder Bhavra is an associate in the London Construction and Engineering group.
Ravinder's experience includes advising owners and contractors on resolution of disputes arising out of international construction and engineering projects. She has experienced a wide range of dispute resolution processes and has advised clients on a range of issues including delay, variations and termination.
Ravinder joined White & Case in 2021 from another leading international law firm in London.

Representing an EPC Contractor in an ICC arbitration relating to claims arising under a contract for the construction of a PV Solar Plant in Egypt.
Advising a state owned developer in its dispute with its contractor arising out of the construction of a new residential and leisure development in Oman.
Advising a leading European contractor in relation to the discovery of suspected UXO at project sites in Georgia.
Advising a Middle East sovereign government on disputes relating to the construction of new international airports and regional airports in the country, under various forms of FIDIC contract.
Representing a UAE governmental entity in an ADCCAC arbitration concerning the construction of a major construction project in Abu Dhabi.
Advising a sovereign wealth fund in relation to procurement issues and delay on a mixed use development project in the UK.*
Acting for an Indian property developer in adjudication proceedings brought by the M&E contractor in relation to the final account.*
