Biography
Overview
Rachel is an associate in the Firm's Global Intellectual Property practice, based in London. She advises international and UK-based clients in the areas of intellectual property (IP) and information technology (IT) on complex commercial IP and technology issues in the context of tech‑intensive M&A transactions and commercial projects. In addition, her practice includes drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for the acquisition, development and licensing of brands and technology. Rachel represents clients from a diverse range of industries, including technology, life sciences and healthcare, consumer and retail and financial institutions.
Rachel trained at White & Case, gaining experience in the Firm's Project Development and Finance, Construction & Engineering and IP Groups in London. She also spent six months on secondment to the Firm's Paris office, focusing on PE and corporate restructuring transactions.

Primo Water, sale of European business to Culligan
Representation of Primo Water Corporation on the sale of its European business (being Primo's 'rest of world' business, other than the UK, Portugal and Israel), to a member of the Culligan group for an enterprise value of US$575 million.
