Representation of a UK based investment and development property company on the real estate aspects of the GBP 600M portfolio sale to a leading German investment group of eight student accommodation developments in England and Scotland across five investment and three development sites. This deal was shortlisted for Real Estate Team of the Year 2019 by LegalWeek and awarded "highly commended" at the Legal Business Awards 2020.*
