Philip Russell is an associate in the Firm’s Intellectual Property group, focused on complex copyright, trademark, and patent litigation. Philip also maintains an active pro bono practice including advising veterans on procuring disability benefits, and assisting with Social Security disability applications and appeals.
Philip received his law degree with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law from the George Washington University Law School where he was a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal. Prior to attending law school, Philip served in the U.S. Navy for ten years as an Electronic Warfare Officer flying the E/A-18G Growler.
