Overview

Patrick Koźliczak is an associate in the Real Estate practice in the Warsaw office. His area of expertise covers a wide range of issues in civil, corporate and real estate law. Within his practice, Patrick focuses on advising on transactions in the real estate sector.

His experience includes projects related to logistics, greenfield investments, asset portfolios, the private rental sector (PRS) and office buildings. Patrick specializes in structuring, preparing, and negotiating complex sets of documentation for asset transactions, share deals and joint ventures.

In addition to his transactional work, Patrick conducts due diligence, provides legal support for lease negotiations, and offers ongoing corporate advice.

Prior to joining White & Case, Patrick worked at renowned Polish and international law firms in Warsaw.
