Patricio Castro

Patricio focuses on commercial litigation, before federal and local courts, he has  been  involved  in  a  diverse  array  of  litigation,  spanning  both  civil  and commercial  matters. Patricio joined White  &  Case  in  2022  and  has  since honed  his  skills  within  the  Firm,  embarking  on  his  career  as  an  associate focusing  on  commercial  litigation. Patricio  has  a  keen  interest  in banking and  technology  cases  and  has  tackled  a  wide  range  of  issues,  including cases involving moral damages and electronic banking.

Patricio  played  an  important  role  in  a  recent  and  significant  class  action lawsuit, which stands as one of Mexico's most prominent legal cases. 

Since  joining  White  &  Case,  Patricio  has  made  invaluable  contributions across a diverse range of legal matters. His adept handling of assessments and procedures has been instrumental in serving the needs of our clients.
