Biography

Overview

Oliver is an associate in White & Case's Dispute Resolution group based in London, whose practice focuses on international arbitration and commercial litigation. His experience includes representing energy, financial services and infrastructure clients in cross-border arbitrations under the LCIA and ICC Rules. Oliver also has experience representing a private client in an arbitration governed by the LMAA Terms.

He is committed to pro bono work and promoting access to justice. He regularly volunteers at the Royal Courts of Justice's Advice Bureau and has recently spent time on secondment at two of the firm's pro bono clients; European Lawyers in Lesvos in Athens and Safe Passage International in Warsaw. As a result of his work in Warsaw, Oliver was a recipient of the White & Case Pro Bono Award in 2023.

Prior to qualifying into the Dispute Resolution group in 2021, Oliver joined White & Case as a trainee, gaining experience in the Firm's Corporate M&A, Debt Finance and Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance practices in London.
