Overview

Nick is a Senior Associate in White & Case's global litigation practice, based in Sydney, Australia. His practice covers a broad range of commercial disputes, with a strong focus on the construction, energy and infrastructure sectors.

Nick has advised various clients, including national and international businesses, owners, contractors and public sector institutions. He has extensive experience advising on dispute avoidance and has acted for clients in litigation before various Australian courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution forums including expert determinations and mediations.

Prior to joining White & Case, Nick was a Lawyer at a top national law firm and both a Tipstaff and Researcher at the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Acting for a top national contractor in expert determinations arising out of the the redevelopment of a New South Wales high school and associated main works

Advising a global employer on claims relating to the design, construction and operation of data centres within the APAC region

Advising a corporate entity in respect of the construction and development of an airport sector project

Acting for the administrators of a major company in the Australian electricity industry in the Federal Court

Acting for government owned statutory corporation in relation to a dispute concerning breach of contract, defects and quantum issues associated with the rectification of a prominent recycled water pipeline*

Acting for an international client in respect of technical issues and the sale contract of One Circular Quay luxury residential tower*

Acting for a Big 4 Bank in relation to a proceeding concerning branch employees entitlements under applicable enterprise agreements*
