Nicholas M. Seibert is an International Trade Analyst working at White & Case LLP since 2010. Nick has worked on trade remedy proceedings in the United States and other jurisdictions, and his advanced analytical skills have assisted global companies manage the voluminous information required to participate successfully in these proceedings. In addition to applying analytical and programming skills in trade remedy proceedings, Nick supports the Firm’s clients with other related services related to gathering and analyzing information related to their business.
Prior to joining the International Trade Practice, Nick worked as a Litigation Technology Analyst specializing in the collection, processing and production of electronic discovery for the Firm. He worked closely with the Antitrust, International Arbitration, Intellectual Property and White Collar practice groups, including providing trial support.
