Biography
Overview
Natasha Okoye is an Associate in our EMEA Private Equity team which is part of our Global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.
Natasha advises on private equity and M&A transactions, including cross-border acquisitions and disposals, debt and equity investments, manager equity incentive arrangements and general corporate matters.
Natasha has also completed a secondment to Blackstone Credit and a six-month secondment to the firm's Stockholm office advising on Debt Finance and Debt Capital Markets matters.

Nordic Capital on various corporate, portfolio and management incentive matters.
TIER Mobility on an agreement to merge with Dott, a transaction which brings the companies together to form Europe's leading micro-mobility operator.
Primo Water on the US$5.8 million carve-out and sale of its European business to Culligan.
Eurazeo on its £1.75bn acquisition of BMS.
Anchorage Capital Group on its €600m disposal of Ideal Standard to Villeroy & Boch AG.
Bud Financial on its series B fundraising, primarily funded by PE Investor, TDR Capital LLP.
Habito, an online mortgage broker servicing the UK, on its Series E fundraising.
