Overview
Natasha is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice specialising in executing real estate and hospitality transactions across the Middle East.
Natasha advises a wide range of clients including government entities, international and local corporates, owners and developers on a broad range of corporate real estate and hospitality matters, including jointly owned property developments, joint ventures and sale and leasebacks.
Natasha also has wide-ranging corporate experience advising publicly listed companies, sovereign wealth funds and privately held corporates across a broad spectrum of industries and domestic and cross-border transactions, amalgamations and corporate reorganizations.
