Nadan Sehic

Nadan Sehic is counsel in the Investment Funds Group, based in Singapore. His practice focuses on the formation and operation of private equity funds, real estate funds, managed accounts, co-investment vehicles, hedge funds and other alternative investment structures across asset classes and geographies. He regularly advises clients on regulatory compliance matters and has considerable experience in connection with joint ventures, seed capital arrangements, minority stake investments, restructurings and other complex fund-related transactions.

Nadan also represents institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds with respect to their private investment fund activities.
