Mustafa is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of White & Case and a member of the Firm's Global Technology Industry Group. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation and regulatory disputes involving cutting-edge technology and media issues, including data privacy and data protection, freedom of expression, content regulation, defamation, unfair competition, intermediary liability, and class action claims.
Mustafa is dedicated to pro bono work, participating in matters involving criminal justice reform and human rights issues, and is an avid member of the Firm's Access to Justice Initiative.
Mustafa earned his JD from UCLA School of Law, where he completed the Media, Entertainment, Technology, and Sports Law specialization and received the Masin Family Academic Excellence Gold Award.
