Morgane Bieber is an associate in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice in Luxembourg.

Her practice mainly focuses on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and corporate governance together with financing and refinancing transactions.

Morgane has extensive experience advising private equity sponsors and other financial investors on a range of cross-border mergers transactions and real estate acquisitions, financings and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining White & Case, she practiced in a leading Luxembourg law firm.
