Mohamed is an associate in our Global M&A and Corporate practice based in Dubai. Mohamed is a member of our EMEA Corporate M&A team.

Mohamed advises clients including private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, corporates, other financial sponsors and alternative capital providers on a range of transactions including acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments and co-investments, disposals and other corporate matters.

Experience

Representative Experiences Include:

Representation of Saudi Aramco (SAO) in relation to the secondary public offering by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of US$11.2 billion (excluding the overallotment option) of ordinary shares of SAO.

Representation of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) on the sale of a 15 per cent participating interest in the Absheron gas-condensate field (located in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea) to the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC).

Representation of Thiqah Business Services Company (the “Target”) in its sale to Elm (a Saudi Joint Stock Company listed on Tadawul) by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia.

Representation of each of Crystal Peak Acquisitions and Ahren Acquisition Corp (both SPACs) on their respective IPOs on Euroclear Amsterdam and Nasdaq respectively.

Advising on a Joint-Venture (JV) between two mining companies for mineral exploration in Saudi Arabia.
