Miranda Jia is an associate in White & Case's Asia Debt Finance and Restructuring practice group, based in Hong Kong.

Miranda has experience in advising banks, other financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a variety of financing transactions, including syndicated and bilateral loans, acquisition and leveraged financings.

  • The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited as agent in a US$125,000,000 syndicated loan facility to a Cayman Islands incorporated company.
  • Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited and Credit Suisse AG, Singapore Branch as original mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners in an up to US$1,200,000,000 syndicated loan facility to Weibo Corporation, a leading Chinese social media platform.
  • a Samoan company, which is a subsidiary of a PRC diversified industrial investment group, as borrower in a US$385,000,000 term loan facility provided by Deutsche Bank.
  • Goldman Sachs as subscriber, administrative agent and security agent in relation to a US$100,000,000 note issued by a Cayman Islands incorporated company.
