Overview

MinJoo is an associate in the Project Development and Finance Group in the New York office of White & Case. Her practice focuses on the development and financing of domestic and international energy and infrastructure projects with a focus on renewables and energy transition matters. She has also worked on a number of transactions involving multilaterals, development banks and export credit agencies.

Group of leading Chilean renewable power generators on negotiating and closing purchase and sale facilities. IDB Invest acted as purchaser of record, and the purchase price is financed pursuant to a US$1.8 billion A/B bond.
