Biography
Overview
MinJoo is an associate in the Project Development and Finance Group in the New York office of White & Case. Her practice focuses on the development and financing of domestic and international energy and infrastructure projects with a focus on renewables and energy transition matters. She has also worked on a number of transactions involving multilaterals, development banks and export credit agencies.
Experience

Group of leading Chilean renewable power generators on negotiating and closing purchase and sale facilities. IDB Invest acted as purchaser of record, and the purchase price is financed pursuant to a US$1.8 billion A/B bond.
Broad Reach Power on a US$435 million financing of an 800 MW portfolio of eight utility-scale battery storage projects in Texas and California.
KEXIM, K-SURE and other commercial lenders on the financing of the 198 MW Ukudu power project in the US territory of Guam.
KFW IPEX-Bank and commercial lenders on the restructuring of its financing of two renewables power projects in Chile.
