Represented a major European energy company in a commercial arbitration over gas supply disruptions.

Represented a Belarusian contractor in an SCC arbitration against Turkmenistan and a Turkmen state entity concerning the construction of an ore fertiliser plant in Turkmenistan under a US$1 billion contract.

Acted for a creditor of Probusinessbank (undergoing bankruptcy) in a dispute against a British bank, challenging asset-stripping transactions worth over US$180 million.

Advised the Republic of Belarus in an investment treaty claim initiated by Grand Express under the ICSID Additional Facility Rules in relation to the insolvency of a railcar manufacturing plant.
