Representative experience includes:

Representation of NEOM Green Hydrogen Company, in an equal joint venture between ACWA Power, Air Products and NEOM, on the financing of the landmark US$8.4 billion NEOM Green Hydrogen Project powered by renewable energy for production and export of green hydrogen to global markets, capable of producing 650 tons per day of carbon-free hydrogen in the form of ammonia, to be located in Saudi Arabia. Recognised as "Middle East & Africa Green Deal of the Year" at the PFI Awards 2022 as well as "Structured Loan Deal of the Year" at the Bonds, Loans & Sukuk Middle East Awards 2023.

Representation of West Burton Energy (WBE), a UK-based independent power producer owned by funds managed by EIG, a leading institutional investor in the global energy and infrastructure sectors, on its sale of assets related to the West Burton power stations to TotalEnergies for £450 million.

Representation of West Burton Energy and its wholly owned subsidiary West Burton B Limited (together WBE) on the £350 million refinancing of its 1332MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) and 49MW Battery Energy Storage System plant located in Nottinghamshire, UK. Awarded "Europe Refinance Deal of the Year, Power" by IJGlobal 2023.
