Overview

Michelle Suliyanto is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice based in Witara Cakra Advocates (WCA), White & Case's associated law firm in Indonesia. She is currently on secondment at White & Case's Singapore office.

Michelle advises on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate commercial matters. Her experience includes advising multinational corporations and institutional investors in a variety of industries, including private equity, financial institutions, telecommunications and infrastructure and energy.
