Overview
Michela Francavilla is an associate in the Milan office and her practice focuses on EU and Italian antitrust and competition law including assisting clients in connection with mergers control, horizontal and vertical agreements, abuses of dominant position, state aid, unfair commercial practices, follow-on actions and proceedings before both the EU and national antitrust and judicial authorities.
Prior to joining White & Case, Michela worked for another leading international law firm in Milan. Her work covered antitrust damages actions, complex merger control cases and antitrust/competition law cases in a broad range of industries including transportation and automotive, pharma, consumer electronics, insurance services, utilities and food. She also has experience in the consumer protection field.
