Overview

Michał Mikołajczyk specializes in energy law, offering comprehensive support to clients through all phases of launching and conducting licensed business activities. He provides expert advice on obtaining licenses, meeting all regulatory requirements, and preparing and negotiating contracts within the energy sector, with a particular focus on Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). Additionally, Michał offers guidance on projects involving renewable energy sources (RES), as well as on reorganization and transactions in the energy sector. His clients include energy and oil and gas companies, along with electricity consumers.

Prior to joining White & Case, Michał gained valuable experience working in a renowned international law firm.

He is a member of the International Nuclear Law Association.
