Overview
Michael J. McKeever is a Partner in the Global M&A Practice Group and a member of the Real Estate Industry Group, based in the Chicago office. Michael's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financings and workouts.

The acquisition of and joint venture for Constitution Square, a mixed-use development project in Washington, DC, including multiple construction loans for the different portions of the project and the sales of the different portions (including two multi-family apartment towers) of the project.
The acquisition, joint venture and acquisition financing of a 262-unit, 858-bed student housing apartment project in Knoxville, Tennessee.
The acquisition, joint venture and acquisition financing of a 275-unit apartment project in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
A construction loan, on behalf of the mezzanine lender, for a 242-unit multifamily apartment project in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The mortgage financing, on behalf of the lender, of a 298-unit multifamily apartment building in Raleigh, North Carolina.
