Overview

Michael Klosterman represents clients from various industries in complex national and cross-border litigation and arbitration proceedings. His cases related to, among other things, post-M&A and product liability matters, contract price adjustment, hedging and disclosure obligations.

Prior to joining White & Case, and while pursing his dissertation on pre-insolvency restructuring proceedings, Michael worked for an international law firm in their insolvency law department. In his role, Michael assisted the team in advising companies, their creditors, and the management in connection with all legal questions concerning companies in financial difficulties and insolvencies. Subsequently, Michael worked at other international law firms in their litigation/arbitration and insolvency departments while completing his legal education.
