Overview
Michael is an associate in the Firm's Tax group. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border aspects of securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as investments in, and operation of, investment funds and joint ventures.
Michael also advises clients on US tax issues relating to bank financing, FIRPTA, and sovereign and sovereign-related investors.
