Overview
Matilda Högberg is an associate within the Nordic Private Equity team in our Global M&A Practice in Stockholm and joined White & Case in 2022.
Prior to joining White & Case, Matilda studied law at Uppsala University in Sweden including a term abroad at University College London. Matilda commenced her career at the Firm as a Junior Trainee.

Representation of Adelis, a private equity firm focused on middle market investments in the Nordic region, on:
- its acquisition of majority shares in SeaCross, a Sweden-based navigation software and defence technology provider.
- its acquisition of a majority stake in IonOpticks, a global producer of high-performance chromatography columns.
