Mark has wide-ranging experience advising firms across the financial services sector on regulatory perimeter issues, corporate transactions, and interactions with regulators, both domestically and on cross-border matters.

Mark's practice covers all aspects of financial services law, including payments, investment services, funds, financial markets, consumer credit, cryptocurrencies / virtual assets, and anti-money laundering legislation.

Mark focuses on helping clients to develop innovative products and services, explore strategic opportunities, implement and sustain compliance systems and controls, and identify and respond to emerging risks.
