Overview
Marco Stephan is a local partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity practice in the Firm's Frankfurt office.
He advises in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate law as well as private equity.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2016, Marco Stephan gained practical experience by working in the Corporate Banking and M&A department of a private bank in Frankfurt and as a legal trainee in the M&A practice of an international law firm in Frankfurt.
