Biography

Marcin Partyka is an associate in the White & Case Dispute Resolution and International Arbitration practice. He provides legal assistance to clients in court, arbitration and administrative proceedings. The cases he has advised on involve post-M&A, energy and construction disputes.

Prior to joining White & Case, Marcin gained experience in the litigation and dispute resolution departments of international and Polish law firms based in Warsaw and Kraków.
