Marc Hering

Marc Hering is an associate in the Private Equity / Mergers & Acquisitions practice group in the Firm's Frankfurt office and specializes in private equity transactions as well as national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

He advises corporate clients, investors, and private equity firms in the areas of national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and further offers advice on corporate law matters in connection with complex German and cross-border private equity transactions.

Prior to joining the Frankfurt team as an associate in 2024, Marc already worked with the team as a research assistant and trainee lawyer and has gained practical experience by working as a research assistant and trainee lawyer for renowned national and international law firms in Frankfurt am Main and Hong Kong in the fields of Corporate, M&A, Private Equity and Technology, Media & Telecommunications.
