Maimouna Diarra

Maimouna is a litigation associate in the Silicon Valley office of White & Case. Her practice focuses on intellectual property and technology disputes involving cutting-edge technology, data privacy, media issues, a regulatory matter.

Dedicated to pro bono work, Maimouna actively participates in cases related to human rights, international state building, and immigrant and refugee rights. She is a committed member of the Firm's Racial Justice Task Force and the Black Attorney Network, where she serves as the Silicon Valley Office Champion.

Maimouna earned her JD from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. During her time there, she was a Human Rights Scholar, completed a specialization in International Law, served as an Associate Editor of the California Law Review, and participated in the International Human Rights Clinic.
