Luke is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London and a member of the EMEA Private Equity team.
Luke focuses on private equity acquisitions and equity investments and has experience working on a broad range of transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, equity investments and other corporate matters.
Luke has also previously spent time in the firm's Paris office advising on Debt Finance matters.
