Overview
Leslie Teng is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. Leslie's M&A work focuses on the representation of corporate clients in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, private investments, and joint ventures across a broad range of industries.
Leslie also represents U.S. and cross-border financial institutions and FinTech companies. Leslie's financial regulatory work focuses on matters involving payments, blockchain and digital assets, and various financial products and services, including in the context of product design, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions.
