Overview
Laurent Patrimonio is an associate in the Competition, EU Law and Economic Regulation practice of White & Case in Paris.
Laurent represents and assists clients in relation to anti-competitive practices, commercial litigation, merger control and distribution law.
Before joining White & Case in November 2020, Laurent acquired experience as a trainee is several major international law firms in Paris.

Representation of Groupe Rocca in connection with the sale to Auchan of its subsidiary Codim 2.
Representing Casino Group on the signing of a put option agreement to sell their majority stake in GreenYellow the energy subsidiary of Casino group, to Ardian Infrastructure.
Representing a major media/technology company in proceedings before the French Competition Authority relating to alleged anticompetitive practices, ultimately leading to the closure of the investigation.
Representing a major media/technology company in litigations against the French General Directorate for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control (DGCCRF) related to alleged infringements to the French Commercial Code.
