Lane Ransom
Biography
Overview
Lane is an associate in White & Case's Corporate practice, and is resident in the Firm's Houston office.
Prior to joining White & Case, Lane spent nine years in Contracts Administration and Supply Chain Management, on various large scale midstream, downstream, and government services projects in the United States, Canada, and the Middle East. Five of his nine years were spent in the field on projects in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan, and the United States Gulf Coast.

Representation of a subsidiary to a large power generation company in the preparation and negotiation of an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Agreement for a 105 MW/AC photovoltaic solar energy project in California.
Representation of various holding companies and subsidiaries of a large power generation company in the preparation and negotiation of several project contracts, including the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Agreement, the Equipment and Services Supply Agreement, and multiple Long-Term Services Agreements for a 570 MW / 2,280 MWh battery storage facility in California that represents one of the largest stand-alone battery storage projects in the world.
Representation of a subsidiary to a large power generation company in the preparation and negotiation of several project contracts, including the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Agreement, Battery Purchase Agreement, and ongoing execution efforts under the same, as well as the Long-Term Services Agreements, for a 40.4 MW / 161.5 MWh battery storage facility in California.
Representation of a subsidiary to a large power generation company in the preparation and negotiation of several project contracts, including the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Agreement, Battery Purchase Agreement, and ongoing execution efforts under the same, as well as the Long-Term Services Agreements, for a 25MW / 100 MWh battery storage facility in California.
Representation of a subsidiary to a large power generation company in the preparation and negotiation of several project contracts, including the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Agreement, Battery Purchase Agreement, and ongoing execution efforts under the same, as well as the Long-Term Services Agreements, for a 13 MW / 53 MWh battery storage facility in California.
Representation of AlphaStruxure and several of its subsidiaries in connection with developing an Energy Services Agreement and Design Build Agreement for the engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and testing of the energy system for the new Terminal One at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York, and portions of the existing terminal facilities.
Representation of Woodfibre LNG in connection with the preparation and negotiation of an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Agreement, a Fabrication Agreement, and a Project Coordination Agreement for the development of an LNG facility with a 2.1 million tons per annum production capacity in Canada.
