Biography
Overview
Laetitia is a partner in the Litigation / Arbitration group of the firm's London office. Laetitia has experience representing clients in both international arbitration and commercial litigation in a variety of disputes ranging from construction disputes to shareholders' and financial services disputes. Laetitia is also a Solicitor Advocate and has advocacy experience.
Laetitia frequently advises on a range of contractual, corporate and jurisdictional issues, as well as on the drafting of dispute resolution clauses and the enforcement and recognition of judgments or arbitration awards.
Experience
Assisting a leading financial institution and coordinating its defence in connection with investigations by, the US Department of Justice, the UK FCA, and the UK Serious Fraud Office relating to the setting of LIBOR.
Representing a Eastern European utility in a billion dollar ICC arbitration in the energy sector.
Acting for the claimants in LCIA proceedings in London regarding a dispute concerning a hydroelectric plant in Brazil.
Advising the claimant in LCIA proceedings in London concerning a dispute under a shareholders' agreement regarding investments in the mining industry.
Representing an IT services company in a mediation and the negotiation of a settlement agreement in relation to a services agreement.
