Overview
Kristin Brüggert advises national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective labor law.
Kristin particularly focusses on matters relating to the restructuring of companies in the event of insolvency, including headcount reductions, the drafting of M&A agreements and the outsourcing of projects, specifically with regard to transfers of undertakings (TUPE).
Prior to joining White & Case, Kristin worked as a research assistant and trainee lawyer at another leading international law firm.
