Overview
Katelyn Chia is an associate in White & Case's Asia Debt Finance practice group, based in Singapore.
Prior to joining White & Case, Katelyn was part of a leading international law firm with a Band 1-ranked banking and finance team in Hong Kong.

Credit Suisse AG, Singapore Branch in connection with a dual-currency term loan facility with an accordion option for the purposes of financing the acquisition by a global logistics provider of certain shares in a Hong Kong-listed target.*
Genting Hong Kong Limited in a US$2.6 billion global restructuring exercise.*
Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch in relation to a US$210 million margin loan secured by shares held by the borrower in a Chinese tech giant.*
