Biography
Overview
Kady Cochrane is an associate in our global Real Estate industry group based in London.
Kady has a broad range of experience in advising lenders and borrowers across a variety of real estate sectors including PRS/BTR, hotel and leisure, logistics, retail and offices. Before focusing her practice on real estate finance, Kady undertook general transactional real estate work and as a result has deep understanding of how real estate deals are structured and how financing should interlink with a client's business plan.
Experience
Representation of a non-bank lender on several transactions including a c.€120m investment financing of a multi-property portfolio of BTR assets in Dublin.*
Representation of an investment fund on the finance aspects of an acquisition of a portfolio of prime office, retail and residential assets in central London for c.£280m.*
Representation of a SME developer to finance the construction of a R&D science park in Oxford together with the simultaneous refinance of a stabilised hotel.*
Representation of a large logistics developer on the financing of a various JPUT owned UK sites involving a mix of private capital and third-party lenders.*
