Kacper Sztejter

Kacper is an associate in the Belgian Transactional practice and the Global Debt Finance practice.

He advises clients on a broad range of financing transactions and debt capital structures, including cross-border acquisition and leveraged financings, refinancings, bridge facilities, bank/bond financings, and other lending transactions.

Kacper holds a master's degree in law from the University of Antwerp and a master's degree in law from the University of Jagiellonian (Poland).
