Julius Kiss

Julius Kiss advises companies as well as financial investors of all legal forms on commercial and corporate law matters, national and cross-border M&A transactions as well as corporate litigation. He also advises management and supervisory board members in all aspects of corporate law including corporate governance and compliance as well as on ESG topics as the German Transparency Register. 

Prior to joining White & Case as an Associate, Julius gained professional experience as a research assistant and legal trainee in the Firm's Frankfurt and New York offices as well as in the German American Chamber of Commerce in New York.
