Julien Faure

Julien Faure is an associate in the Global Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice of White & Case, based in Paris.

His practice focuses on corporate restructurings and distressed company transactions. He represents distressed companies and groups, as well as creditors and purchasers, in complex financial and legal restructurings, both "in court" and "out of court". Julien also advises clients such as companies and private equity funds in divestitures, acquisitions, and mergers.

Over the last years he has been involved in a significant number of major restructuring matters in France including notably Atalian*, Orpea*, Vallourec*, EuropaCorp*, Conforama*, Orchestra* and Presstalis*.

Julien is a member of the Association des Jeunes du Restructuring (AJR) and of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).

Julien joined the Firm in September 2024 from an international law firm in Paris, where he was an associate in the restructuring department.
