Julia Rebecca Kohler

Julia Kohler is a member of the M&A/Corporate practice group in the Frankfurt office.

She advises companies on all aspects of German and European corporate law as well as M&A transactions.

Prior to joining White & Case, she gained professional experience, inter alia, during her legal clerkship at the Federal Ministry of Justice and the Federal Constitutional Court, as well as research assistant at the Institute for German and European Corporate and Business Law at the University of Heidelberg.
