Jonathan is an associate in the European infrastructure debt practice at White & Case. Jonathan specialises in infrastructure acquisition financings and refinancings, acting for both infrastructure sponsors and finance providers.
Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan worked in Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance practices at two City law firms.

Representative experience includes:
Representation of existing and incoming funders in connection with the €2.6 billion refinancing of Ventient Energy, Europe's largest operator of onshore wind farms, including establishment of a new multi-creditor common terms platform.
Representation of Highview Power, a long-duration energy storage pioneer with proprietary cryogenic energy storage technology, on a £300 million combined debt and equity investment for the first in its pipeline of commercial-scale liquid air energy storage (LAES) plants in the UK.
