His practice includes guiding clients through technology-driven M&A transactions, designing and negotiating contracts related to technology transfers and outsourcing, and ensuring compliance with German and European data protection laws, including international data transfers.
Prior to joining White & Case, Jonas worked as a trainee lawyer at the firm's Frankfurt and London office and as a research assistant in another renowned law firm in the field of IP and technology law.
