John Tan

John Tan is an associate in White & Case's Asia Debt Finance and Restructuring practice group, based in Singapore. He advises banks and corporate borrowers on a variety of domestic and cross-border financings, including acquisition financings, syndicated and bilateral loans and real estate financings.

Prior to joining White & Case, John was part of the Band 1 ranked banking and finance team of a top four Singapore law firm.
