Energy
- Representation of Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, as lender, on the financing for the construction and operation by Giga Verkor Immo of a French Gigafactory producing low carbon, high performance battery cells for electric vehicles.
- Representation of (i) Santander on the €150 million financing of the acquisition of a portion of the capital of Thoraga Holding AG by Quaero Capital (France) SAS and (ii) La Banque Postale, Bpifrance and Santander on the €426 million financing of a portfolio of wind farms in France (existing assets and assets under construction) with a combined capacity of 265 MW. The portfolio is owned by Windportfolio 2023 AG, a company belonging to the EnergieTeam group.
- Representation of a lender group (including PROPARCO, EBRD, and DEG) in relation to a 200 MW solar project located in Armenia (in Talin region) awarded to Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company – Masdar.
- Representation of TagEnergy on the development and project financing of a utility-scale BESS project in Cernay. This is the first battery project in France.
- Representation of Caisse des dépôts et consignations in an equity investment in Flowatt, the company that develops the first tidal stream pilot farm project.

- Representation of the potential lenders of the consortium composed of Acciona Agua, Green of Africa and Afriquia Gaz in relation with the Casablanca Sea Water Desalination Project.
